• Most every hand includes a pictured example with Mahjong tiles.

• Certain hands such as Riichi and Yakuhai are emphasized with COMMON flags, telling the player to go for these hands more often than others.

• While there are widely-accepted English names, this sheet uses some different English names that are meant to be more readily clear. Examples include “Flush with Honors” and “Three Similar Sequences.”
